IM|Sciences Alumni Mentorship Program enables the IM|Sciences alumni to mentor the current students in the light of their professional and personal experience. The program individually pair an alumni mentor with a student mentee in one-to-one mentoring relationship to explore questions,
consider new action plans, address concerns and gain insights into the professional fields of choice.
The program aims to cultivate meaningful relations between the alumni mentors and student mentees. The connections made and the insights gained from the program would help the students in enriching their academic experience and accelerating their personal development. The program intends to facilitate the current students by providing them an opportunity to seek knowledge, advice, explore career fields that interest them, and expand their social capital.
