Program Objectives

The Master of Business Administration (MBA 3.5) is an intense seven semester long, full-time program that is designed to produce business leaders. The program offers business and non-business graduates possessing 14 years of education to build a solid academic foundation and avail leading positions in the job market or become entrepreneurs and establish their own businesses. The MBA program nurtures the critical analytical skills of its candidates through a blend of theory and practice. The IMSciences MBA experience is founded on a competitive pedagogy including a mix of case based teaching, activity based learning, flipped-learning, and theory in practice.

Eligibility

The basic requirement for admission to the MBA 3.5 year program is a two year BSc/BA/B.Com/HND (Edexcel) or any equivalent degree. However, preference is given to fresh graduates only those who have secured at least a second division with 45% marks or more are eligible to apply. Qualifying the admission test and interview are compulsory for admission to this program. A candidate scoring less than 40% marks in the test and interview will not be eligible for admission. Candidates who have secured at least 40% in the NAT are also eligible to apply.

Degree Requirements

A candidate will be required to complete a minimum of 90 credit hours of course work to be awarded an MBA. Those candidates wishing to exit the program after completing 60 credit hours of course work may do so by availing the BBS degree. Please note, those exiting the MBA program by availing a BBS degree will need to apply for fresh admission in the MBA 1.5 year program
