Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a two and a half years program aimed at producing business leaders. The program offers nonbusiness graduates a unique opportunity to build a foundation in business studies and subsequently learn graduate level courses not only to avail leading positions in the job market but become enterprising and start a business enterprise or pursue further academic education and go for a prestigious PhD degree. The program is designed in a manner that nurtures the critical analytical skills by presenting a blend of theory with practice. The program enables its candidates to targets indigenous business problems and look for native solutions by considering key economic resources. The program sketches a holistic picture of the business and its environment and transforms a candidate into an executive business personality. It aims at enhancing the intellectual capacity and business wisdom of its candidates by developing the core managerial skills.
Candidates with a 16 years non-business degree (MSc/MA/MBBS/BSc/BE (Engineering)/BSc Agriculture/ LLB/4 years BA/BS program or any other equivalent education as endorsed by HEC)are eligible for this program. Candidates of this program may be subject to fulfillment of some deficiency courses (a maximum of 15 credit hours) before joining the regular program. A candidate having at least 2nd division with 45% or more marks is eligible. For admission to this program qualifying our admission test and interview is compulsory. A candidate scoring less than 40% marks in the test and interview will not be eligible for admission
For this MBA Program, a candidate will be required to complete a minimum of 66 credit hours of both undergraduate and graduate course work. Thesis
is optional; a candidate can choose to study two courses of 3 credit hours each or can opt to work on a thesis/project/dissertation of 6 credit hours.
